Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Hotel VPS Grand believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.Under this policy:
1. Free Cancellation if cancelled in between booking date and 1 day(s) before checkin date. 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled in between 1 day(s) before checkin date. 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after checkin date or on No show.
2. In case of any Refunds approved by the Hotel VPS Grand, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
